Jennifer Becker

After a career of consumer direct marketing for Quaker Oats, Pepsi, Jeep, Nike, Citicorp, Wells Fargo and Charles Schwab, Jennifer escaped to the Napa Valley and the wine industry. As VP of CRM for Robert Mondavi, Jennifer built a 100K+ consumer database, award winning web sites, wine clubs, e-commerce systems and managed all CRM campaigns. In 2001, Jennifer founded Ensemble Marketing Group to help clients forge profitable direct to consumer relationships.

Brand + Campaign Strategy

Jean is an accomplished project manager who brings high-level expertise in luxury brand building. From her distinguished record in consumer direct and trade marketing, sales development, and print and online communications with Merryvale and Trefethen Vineyards and Bear Creek Corp. (Harry and David, Jackson & Perkins), Jean provides a balance of analytic and strategic discipline, innovation and energizing collaboration.

Karen Fass
Project Director

Karen began her career in the digital world in 1997. Her track record with strategic planning, design and technology allow her to produce effective solutions for KQED, The San Francisco Symphony, Robert Mondavi, Delicato, Patz & Hall, Chalk Hill Estate, Lancaster Estate, Chateau Montelena, J Vineyards & Winery, Jackson Family Wineries, COPIA, Duckhorn, Wilson Daniels, Mumm Napa, Pahlmeyer, Crimson Wine Group, Cork Supply, Hourglass, Lambert Bridge, Clos Du Val, Reconnecting America and Oracle. 

Casey Armstrong
Graphic Design

Casey is an award-winning graphic designer based in Napa, California. A graduate of the State University of New York at Brockport in Fine Arts and Art History, Casey moved to California to work for the University of California at Davis as a graphic artist prior to moving to Napa and establishing her own design studio. Robert Mondavi Winery later hired Casey as Creative Director, where she led packaging, collateral, point-of-sale and identity for its suite of brands for 14 years. 


Mark Blair
Web Development

Mark began web marketing and development in 1995, specializing in website and social media optimization. By combining his degree in sociology with ongoing study and a certification in search engine marketing, Mark effectively hones each brand’s digital communications. The resulting integration of brand positioning with website and social media platforms consistently improves web ranking and search metrics. Mark’s work spans a range of categories including wineries, municipalities, and larger scale non-profits.

Bronwyn Dickson Ney
Integrated Marketing

Prior to joining the wine industry, Bronwyn held positions at Burson-Marsteller, eLuxury, and The Clorox Company. Bronwyn helped create one of e-commerce’s most successful consumer loyalty programs, Sephora's Beauty Insider. At Clorox Bronwyn revamped a signature a loyalty program for pet owners and spearheaded a cross-brand database of consumer contacts. At HALL Wines, Bronwyn led the development of a multi-channel CRM system using Salesforce and significantly increased DTC revenue. Bronwyn graduated from UC San Diego with a BA in Communications and earned her Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. She is a 4th generation Napan.

Christine Komons
Integrated Marketing

Christine began her 17-year career in marketing and communications with Foreman-Wolf, the mid-Atlantic's leading restaurant and wine group. She then relocated to Napa, California to manage direct-to-consumer marketing across the 40 international wine brands of Fosters Wine Estates before taking the role of Marketing and Communications Director for HALL Wines. With degrees in writing and graphic design, Christine is able to serve as both marketing strategist and creative services provider to her winery clients. An Advanced Award from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust of London ensures technical accuracy in all her work.
