Jennifer Becker, Founder
After a career of consumer direct marketing for Quaker Oats, Pepsi, Jeep, Nike, Citicorp, Wells Fargo and Charles Schwab, Jennifer escaped to the Napa Valley and the wine industry. As VP of CRM for Robert Mondavi, Jennifer built a 100K+ consumer database, award winning web sites, wine clubs, e-commerce systems and managed all CRM campaigns. In 2001, Jennifer founded Ensemble Marketing Group to help clients forge profitable direct to consumer relationships. Overseeing all Ensemble projects, Jennifer's focus is on strategic planning and client relations.
Karen Fass
Karen's career began in legal publishing and moved into the digital world in 1997. Karen has served as account and project manager for clients and projects of all sizes, from teams of 3 and budgets of $5K to teams of 25 and budgets of $1.5M. Karen's experience with strategic planning, design and technology allow her to produce state of the art web sites for her clients that include KQED, The San Francisco Symphony, Robert Mondavi, Delicato, Patz & Hall, Chalk Hill, COPIA, Greenberg, SelfCare and Oracle.
John Hingley
John has over 15 years of marketing and sales experience ranging from software and technology to wine and gourmet items. As founder of Crush Direct in 2003, John provides wineries with direct marketing solutions that are creative, cost-effective and get results. Before serving as COO for wine.com, John held executive positions at dotcom start-ups as well as public companies including Mattel. John contributes to Ensemble clients' search engine optimization, paid search and email marketing needs.
Steve Bowden
During his 11 years in telecommunications, Steve developed systems and applied predictive models to increase the lifetime value of Sprint’s $3 billion long distance consumer business. A passionate wine enthusiast, Steve joined Robert Mondavi and later The Hess Collection to apply these skills to consumer direct wine marketing. Steve’s focus is on developing strategies, processes and tools to increase share of wallet through targeted, relevant communication.

Jean is an accomplished project manager who brings high-level expertise in luxury brand building. From her distinguished record in consumer direct and trade marketing, sales development, and print and online communications with Merryvale and Trefethen Vineyards and Bear Creek Corp. (Harry and David, Jackson & Perkins), Jean provides a balance of analytic and strategic discipline, innovation and energizing collaboration.
